Responsibilities
- •Full accounting management for 3 Russian legal entities (Skolkovo resident, IT company, general taxation system)
- •Verifying transaction records across all company areas
- •Maintaining separate VAT accounting
- •Preparing and submitting all reports to the Federal Tax Service
- •Reporting for Skolkovo
- •Organizing annual mandatory audits
- •Participating in Due Diligence procedures
- •Consulting on taxation and double tax treaty matters
- •Overseeing accounting in foreign legal entities (Cyprus, United Kingdom, Finland, Kazakhstan)
Requirements
- •Higher education in accounting/finance
- •4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in IT companies
- •Excellent knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards (PBU, FSBU), Tax Code, Civil Code, Labor Code, and IFRS provisions
- •Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements under IFRS
- •Skills in working with foreign companies: VAT, WHT, Corporate tax
- •Experience with 1C 8.3 and advanced Excel skills
- •English — B2 or higher
- •Attention to detail, responsibility, systems thinking
