Consent to Personal Data Processing

This Consent to Personal Data Processing (hereinafter — "Consent") is a voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous expression of the will of the personal data subject (hereinafter — "Subject") and is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 «On Personal Data».

1. Parties

Personal data subject — an individual who sends an inquiry to the Operator or interacts with the website i-free.com.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The Subject consents to the Operator processing his personal data for the following purposes:

  1. review and response to inquiries sent by e-mail, messengers, or other communication channels listed on the Website;
  2. identification of the Subject and maintenance of communication via the provided contact details;
  3. ensuring the operation of the website i-free.com and collecting anonymized traffic statistics via the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service;
  4. informing the Subject about the activities of the Operator and its portfolio companies (only with a separate expression of will by the Subject).

3. Legal Grounds for Processing

  • Art. 6 § 1 cl. 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ — this Consent;
  • Art. 6 § 1 cl. 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ — ensuring the operation of the Website;
  • Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ — voluntary consent of the Subject.

4. List of Personal Data Subject to Consent

  • surname, first name, patronymic (if any);
  • e-mail address;
  • phone number (if provided by the Subject);
  • organization name and position (if provided by the Subject);
  • content of the inquiry and attached materials;
  • cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device technical data, on-site behavior data, referrer — when using the Website.

5. List of Actions with Personal Data

The Consent is given to perform the following actions with the Subject's personal data:

  • collection;
  • recording;
  • systematization;
  • accumulation;
  • storage;
  • clarification (update, modification);
  • retrieval;
  • use;
  • transfer (provision, access) — to processors under a data processing agreement and to state authorities in cases provided by law;
  • depersonalization;
  • blocking;
  • deletion;
  • destruction.

6. Processing Term

This Consent is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of its provision, or until its withdrawal by the Subject, whichever comes first.

Retention of data collected via cookies is determined by the lifetime of the specific cookie (see section 11.1 of the Policy).

7. Processing Methods

  • Automated — using computing tools (e-mail, storage systems, web analytics).
  • Non-automated — without the use of automation tools (incoming correspondence, paper media).

8. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Subject consents to the transfer of his personal data to third parties exclusively in the following cases:

  • contractor-processors under a data processing agreement (hosting, email services) — to the extent necessary for providing services to the Operator;
  • Yandex LLC — for the operation of the Yandex.Metrica web analytics counter, to the extent of data transmitted by the Subject's browser;
  • state authorities — upon their lawful requests in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data.

9. Consent Withdrawal Procedure

The Subject has the right to withdraw this Consent at any time by:

  1. sending a written request to i-free@i-free.com with the subject «Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing»;
  2. sending a registered letter to the postal address: 197110, Saint Petersburg, Lodeynopolskaya st., 5, lit. A, room 1-N, office 610.

The request should include full name, contact details, and a clear expression of will to withdraw consent. After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing personal data and deletes (depersonalizes) it within 30 (thirty) days (Art. 21 § 5 of 152-FZ), except in cases where processing can continue without the Subject's consent by law.

10. Confirmation of Consent

By sending an inquiry to the Operator (by e-mail, messengers, by phone, or in another manner indicated on the Website) or by continuing to use the Website after accepting the cookie banner, the Subject confirms that:

  • he has read this Consent in full and all its terms;
  • he has read the Personal Data Processing Policy;
  • he gives the Operator his consent to process his personal data for the stated purposes, in the stated scope and within the stated terms;
  • he understands that Consent may be withdrawn in the manner described in section 9.

11. Final Provisions

This Consent is effective from the moment of its provision by the Subject and until the expiration of the term specified in section 6, or until its withdrawal in the manner established by section 9.
