Responsibilities
- •Research the market, identify and attract new conference partners
- •Maintain existing partners and develop collaboration with them
- •Prepare commercial proposals and meet the sales plan for partnership packages
- •Design and package integrations: talks, panels, case studies, workshops, special activities
- •Support partners from initial contact through the event and reporting
- •Run joint co-marketing activities with partners outside the conference
Requirements
- •Ability to create B2B integrations for a specific target audience
- •Understanding the difference between "selling more" and "making partnerships valuable"
- •Strong negotiation, persuasion, and value argumentation skills
- •Comfortable working with C-level executives, leads, and department heads
- •Ability to independently manage deals and take responsibility for results
- •High level of written communication skills
- •Experience in finding partners and executing partnerships for conferences
