Responsibilities
- •Build and develop the SMB business model (pricing, sales channels, monetization model)
- •Define the strategic roadmap for the SMB segment over a 1–3 year horizon
- •Identify target segments and the ideal customer profile in SMB
- •Build and manage the P&L for the business line
- •Own the SMB product portfolio (Aimylogic, ready-made GenAI solutions)
- •Prioritize tasks jointly with product and engineering teams
- •Build the acquisition, activation, and retention funnel
- •Launch and scale partner programs
- •Build and grow the SMB team
Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in product or business line management in B2B SaaS
- •Experience with AI products or in the conversational AI market
- •Hands-on experience with GenAI
- •Experience launching and developing partner programs
- •Proven track record of building or scaling SMB SaaS products
- •Deep understanding of product economics and subscription service monetization models
- •Experience building and managing a P&L
- •Experience building and managing cross-functional teams
- •Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency
