Responsibilities
- •Support users of the 1C:Employee Portal service
- •Administer and develop 1C:Employee Portal (HRM + web service)
- •Provide expertise on accounting systems (HRM and Accounting)
- •Work with BIT.FINANCE Management Accounting configuration
- •Analyze access permissions
- •Gather and prepare tasks for development
Requirements
- •Confident knowledge of 1C:HRM 3.1 and 1C:Accounting 3.0
- •Experience with 1C:Employee Portal
- •Familiarity with BIT.FINANCE-based configurations or willingness to learn them quickly
- •Understanding of access control principles in 1C
- •Ability to gather requirements, formalize them, and clearly assign tasks to developers
- •Analytical mindset
Nice to Have
- •Experience with 1C:Element language
- •Skills in writing queries for 1C databases
- •Experience describing integration interactions (JSON, XML)
- •Experience with Jira, Confluence, YouTrack
- •Experience writing user manuals
- •Understanding of SQL basics
