GenAI solutions developer Just AI and recruitment CRM system Potok Recruitment announce the launch of an AI Recruiter for automating the initial candidate screening process, including resume screening and candidate outreach calls. The new solution will enable Potok Recruitment clients to accelerate hiring, free recruiters from routine tasks, and optimize HR payroll budgets.
Recruiters are drowning in routine work: sourcing, screening, and initial selection consume up to 75% of their working time. Manual shortlisting takes 1 to 2 days. AI accomplishes the same task in 15 minutes. Yet only 5% of Russian companies use AI in hiring, while the rest continue losing candidates as they manually sift through applications.
The AI Recruiter, developed by Just AI, is integrated into the Potok Recruitment platform and is capable of calling hundreds of candidates per day. It accounts for time zones, conducts natural conversations, maintains context, adapts questions, and identifies deal-breakers at the earliest stages of the selection process.
According to Just AI statistics, active listening and dialogue context retention reduce the probability of candidate drop-off by 5%. After the conversation, the AI Recruiter generates a report including a score, answer transcription, and a brief verdict of "relevant" or "not relevant" for each candidate.
