Tinkoff acquired a controlling stake in Beskontakt LLC, the developer of the Koshelek mobile application. The app allows users to load bank cards, loyalty cards, coupons, and gift certificates onto their phones. Over 300 million cards have already been digitized in the app, and the number of users has exceeded 20 million. Among Koshelek's partners are 19 of the 30 largest loyalty programs in Russia.
Various Tinkoff services will be integrated into the app — for example, Dolyami (for installment payments), various types of cashback, and more. Beskontakt LLC was founded in 2012 by i-Free founder Kirill Gorynya and Filipp Shubin. The commercial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
