In late January 2026, LANIT, through its subsidiary L Ventures, acquired a 4.2% stake in Just AI (LLC Mind Craft), a company specializing in conversational artificial intelligence development. The transaction was completed on January 23; the deal amount has not been disclosed.
Just AI develops its proprietary Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technology and Agent Platform, a platform for building AI agents. The investment from LANIT is expected to strengthen the company's position in the promising generative AI segment.
Previously, MTS and Sovcombank invested in Just AI's equity, valuing the company at $40 million. By the end of 2025, Just AI's valuation reached 3.5 billion rubles.
